Reserve your beef for 2026 now. Beef prices are on the rise...lock in your price now.
Harvest will happen in July, September, and November. Beef will be processed after 14 plus days hanging and dry-aging. We will be in touch to make delivery arrangements.
After the harvest you will be invoiced based on the hanging weight.
$7.50/lb hanging weight.
Includes all cutting and wrapping fees!
Average hanging weight for a half beef is between 350-400 lbs.
